Simply send an email to [email protected] or call us on 01922 218218, with the following information: Briefkasten mailbox key number (between B001 and B2000) Your name and delivery address We will then forward an invoice to you and upon receipt of payment we can despatch the replacement keys to you same day (for orders before 1200 noon). Alternatively, you can order online on our secure website. Online orders received before 13:00 are despatched same business day. Availability - ex-stock. Cost includes Recorded Delivery (insured for loss / non-delivery) within UK. Orders from overseas may incur an additional postal charge.
