It is vital that you provide the correct key reference when enquiring, as Post Boxes UK cannot be held liable for keys supplied which do not work with the intended lock, or for keys delivered to a physical mailbox, regardless of the method of sending. All keys are supplied in good faith on the assumption that the buyer is also acting in good faith.
